Since 2017, Dave has been serving families and students in the Midwest, with a sharp focus on helping students ready themselves for exciting opportunities and fulfilling careers through the achievement of academic proficiency.   Like the rest of his team, Dave believes that nearly all students are capable of true proficiency, and the engagement of a personal tutor can help students accelerate the path to proficiency.  From College Tutors of Indiana, Dave changed the name to one that better reflects the purpose of the business: Proficiency Builders.   With the new name, a new study skills development model – PrepLogX – was introduced to help students build lasting organizational and study skills as they tutor – skills that will be applied to future classes and career endeavors.
